ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. In the Account Consultant role, you will provide concierge level service to assigned clients, striving to continuously exceed service expectations for our Drive Away service line.

Schedule : Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm

Remote

Pay : $52,000 - $62,000 based on experience 

What will you be doing?

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients/customers.
• Conduct reviews to identify changes which occur within client/customer organizations that may have an impact on ACERTUS business operations and communicate those items to management as needed.
• Maintain a constant awareness of customer activities, recognizing when additional or new services may assist customers in achieving their business objectives.
• Work closely with the operations team in preparation and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly customer status reports.
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures with potential solutions to correct situations.
• Receive and answer calls from clients/customers ensuring that problems are resolved; conduct follow up tasks as required.
• Work with team members to develop solutions that are effective on a long team basis.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, and benchmarking state of the art practices.

• Ability to prioritize work according to deadlines and client expectations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• PC Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Personal responsibility to manage change.
• Two (2) years general business experience with one (1) year of direct customer contact with customer account management experience
• Technical knowledge of database and word processing systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.
