We offer behavioral healthcare services—psychiatry, addiction recovery, and mental disorder treatment—that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.Location: Charlotte HallFacility Address: 30007 Business Center Drive, Charlotte HallShift: 3 PM - 11 PMHourly Rate: $15 - $18.50/hour (based on education/experience)Deliverables/Principal Results ExpectedAnswer phone calls and complete documentation and filing as needed to support medical staff at the facility.Complete medical records accurately and efficiently.Assist with admissions and the consent process for clients, providing ongoing support during medical appointments.Obtain vital signs and urine screens, documenting outcomes appropriately for medical team review.Complete lab requisitions upon admission and as needed, monitoring outcomes and reviewing with the medical team as necessary.Create and distribute client packets efficiently.Support prior authorization and medication ordering processes as needed.Schedule follow-up medical appointments and make external referrals for clients as directed by the medical team.Perform all other duties as assigned.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Experience in a drug and alcohol and/or residential setting preferred.Active certification as a Certified Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Assistants in lieu of high school diploma/GED.Experience as a Medical Assistant through employment or a successful internship preferred.Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.Pyramid CORE Values:We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
